The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sugauli P.S. Case No.112 of 2018, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation against the petitioner is that he took Rs.4,00,000/- from the informant on the pretext of providing job to the son of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner ever took any money on the pretext of providing job to the son of the informant. The petitioner borrowed some money from the informant and returned the same but even thereafter the informant filed the case making false allegation.
