JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, the informant sustained grievous injury on his head said to be caused by petitioner but according to prosecution case itself, the petitioner gave single Fersa blow to the informant and moreover, the doctor has opined that the injury was caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.10.2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 159 of 2013.
