Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S.Casae No.116 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story is that the petitioners and other accused persons came to the Darwaza of the informant and assaulted the informant and other family members. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.57755 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.Case No.116 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to appear before the police as and when required, otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
