Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.09.2014 and there is only allegation against him that he caught hand of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence. So far as giving fatal blow to the deceased is concerned, same is against co-accused Sanjeet Kumar. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions trial no. 455/2014 arising out of Vaishali P.S. Case no. 179/2014.
