20-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and petitioner happens to be gotni (sister-in-law) of the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and she is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased & her husband. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72384 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 41 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
