2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11579 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of name of petitioner No. 2 in the cause-title and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence , in the main petition , the name of the petitioner No. 2 instead of 'Yashoda Kumari' has wrongly been typed as 'Yashoda Kumar'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 15.05.2023 . Accordingly , learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the name of Petitioner No. 2 in the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11579 of 2023, be read as 'Yashoda Kumari' instead of 'Yashoda Kumar' and further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below. subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority . 5 . Accordingly, order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc, No. 11579 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
