JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 It is a misplaced kind of relief, which the petitioner is looking for in the sense that the result of the petitioner has already been declared, but he has been showed to be unsuccessful, because he has less than 55 percent marks in the Teachers Eligibility Test.

To that extent, the relief sought for is said to be misplaced.

Now, the counsel for the petitioner takes a plea that there are certain candidates, who have obtained 82 marks out of 150, their results have been declared and they have been shown to be successful.

That is yet another issue or grievance of the petitioner, which

Writ application is dismissed.
