2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 dated 01.06.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, a dispute arose between the informant and her devar pertaining to soil unloaded by her on her land. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant and her husband due to which the informant sustained injury below her eye and her shoulder also got fractured. Her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63194 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 husband also sustained injury in his head due to which blood was oozing. It is also alleged that the accused persons snatched gold jewelleries of the informant and Rs. 30,000/- kept in her house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is lady. Both the sides are agnates. The petitioner and the informant are the wives of two full brothers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is geneal and omnibus. There is land dispute between the parties. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that due to assault, two persons i.e. the informant and her husband became injured in this case and injury sustained by them is grievous in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, she will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of
