JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/1489/2013 instituted under Section 498(A)of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of torture for nonfulfilment of additional dowry. It is further alleged that her husband is already married and he has performed marriage with the complainant after concealing this fact.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and

It has been further submitted that he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he is named in the complaint petition.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 3000/-(three thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant by the court below, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/1489/2013 corresponding to Tr. No. 3489 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
