Petitioner is accused in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 registered under Sections 376, 323, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner made sexual intercourse with the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage and when she became pregnant the petitioner had got aborted the same. Thereafter, the petitioner made a demand of dowry of Rs. 20,00,000/- to marry the daughter of the informant and also assaulted the informant and his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.-IX, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018.
