Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b) (ii) (A) of N.D.P.S. Act.

65 gram Ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 16.10.2018 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
