JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Taking into consideration that there is no allegation of assault against petitioner nos. 1 to 6 and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21483 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 aforesaid petitioners are ladies, let the above named petitioner nos. 1 to 6 in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. So far as petitioner nos. 7 to 11 are concerned, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, if they surrender and seek regular bail, their prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of the Court.
