The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6643 of 2019 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 304 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a), 38(i), 37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 10 ltrs of country made liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
