2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoshi P. S. Case No. 705/2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 427, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted informant and his family members by means of iron rod, danda as a result of which three persons sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Pinku Yadav and so far this petitioner is concerned, allegation against him is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69742 of 2024(2) dt.19-12-2024 2/2 general and omnibus. Petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.
