JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 This has come under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the appellants stating that in paragraph-3 of order dated 4.7.2017 the words 'causing injury' has been mentioned in place of 'causing simple injury'. In view of above submission, the order dated 4.7.2017 is modified to the extent that in the order dated 4.7.2017 the words 'causing simple injury' should be correctly read in place of 'causing injury'.
