Taking into consideration that only one country made pistol without any cartridge was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail custody since 10.07.2014 without having any criminal antecedent,let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 148 of 2014.
