The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case filed with accusation under Sections 420,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the agnate of the complainant Ram Pujan Upadhyay sold land excess to his share. The petitioner was witness to the sale deed.
Considering the fact that the accusation has been levelled in the background of share dispute and the thrust of accusation is against Ram Pujan Upadhyay, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20985 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Sadar, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 2236 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
