The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was appointed on the post of Peon, but during the course of investigation it was found that the petitioner was posted in the department on forged transfer certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13423 of 2013. The petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 41⁄2 months,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24773 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 he, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S.
