2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5445 of 2020 by this co-ordinate Bench of this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph No. 3 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 30.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5445 of 2020 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
