The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On confession of the co-accused that he along with others committed theft of motorcycle form the hospital premises the FIR was lodged. The petitioner was apprehended and confessed his guilt. The petitioner also confessed that he used to sell stolen motorcycle after changing their colour and number plates and on his confession several stolen motorcycles were recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22345 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 petitioner that none of the seizure lists bear the signature of the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Biroul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
