On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements in a hut, raid was conducted and during course thereof, petitioner along with Ajit Vishwakarma @ Babu Lohar and Chandan Haluai were apprehended while Sonu Kumar and Vikash Sao succeeded in their escape. On search, from physical possession of all the three apprehended accused, loaded firearm along with cartridges, were seized respectively. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 06.02.2015 and as per Paragraph-3 of the pleading, there happens to be absence of criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ravi Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
