The present writ application involves the issue of grant to the college based on the performance of the students of the of college in question.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18989 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 Mr. Gayanand Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of University submits that the University has already recommended the case of the petitioner before the State Government and the matter is pending at the level of Director, Secondary Education, Bihar. Grant of fund is part of the policy decision of the State Government and as such the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education to take appropriate decision with regard to the entitlement of the petitioner for grant of performance based grant to the college in question at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
