Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 10.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34973 of 2021.

By order dated 05.01.2022 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below which reveals that case is running for supplying of police paper. Considering the quantity of recovery, nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, since the petitioner is in custody since
