JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.11.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, the victim could not be traced out but it appears that the allegation of taking away of the victim is against co-accused, Dinesh Mistri.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
