JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 This case has been brought under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners, who points out that there has been a typographical error in the order dated 19.08.2015 in the third line of first page where "District Sheohar" has been typed in place of "DistrictJehanabad". He has also submitted that the name of the court has not been mentioned at page 2 though such name was stated in the prayer portion of the bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is correct of both the counts.

That being so, the third line at first page of the order dated 19.08.2015 shall be "District- Jehanabad" in place of "District- Sheohar" and at page 2 in 10th line from the bottom, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21341 of 2015 (3) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 name of "Smt. Namita Singh, J.M.,1st Class, Jehanabad" shall stand amended to the aforementioned extent.
