The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioners caught hold the hand of the daughter of the informant while she was going by road and crossing the house of the petitioners to see her brother and father, who were prevented to fix electric pole by the villagers and due to the above act of petitioners, the daughter of the informant received scratch injury by the nail of petitioner no. 1 Bhirug Yadav.

No.6501 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Sonebarsa) P.S. Case No. 227 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
