The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34, 363, 376, 327 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

In the written report, there is specific allegation of kidnapping the daughter of the informant against the petitioner. The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has levelled allegation against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one
