JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard Mr. Rajendra Narayan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has tried to question the standing of the private respondent claiming as Secretary of the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

The petitioner may have his remedy under the Society Registration Act or under other laws for resolving such issue and he may take recourse thereto, if so advised but the writ petition is not the correct jurisdiction invoked.

The writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed accordingly.
