The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No.591 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the first information report and his son, Mukesh Sharma, has been stated to have called the son of the informant, who was since found dead. The petitioner being the father of said Mukesh Sharma has been roped in subsequently. It is further submitted that there is no iota of evidence so as to connect this petitioner with the said occurrence. Considering the aforementioned submissions and

No.21336 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No.591 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
