Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the order dated 02.01.2019 by which petitioner has been granted bail in Barabar Paryatan (Bishunganj) P.S. Case No.51 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, inadvertently, name of the petitioner has been typed as 'Balish Yadav' in place of 'Bilash Yadav'. Heard and perused the case record.

It appears that name of the petitioner has been mentioned in the petition as "Bilash Yadav", but at the time of Stamp Reporting in the Data Base, his name has wrongly been mentioned as 'Balish Yadav'.

In view of such, cause title of the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79234 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 02.01.2019 is modified to the extent that name of the petitioner be read as "Bilash Yadav" in place of "Balish Yadav".
