In the background of dispute relating to drainage, it is alleged that petitioner, after threatening the informant that she would be droven from the village assaulted her with back of spade over her back and also caused damage of tiles roof. It has also been disclosed that an earlier occasion also the petitioner in association with his uncle Bitani Ansari had also indulged in similar kind of accusation.

All the offences have been registered under the of the Indian Penal Code are bailable and so far, application of Sections 3(1), (v), (x), (xi), (xv) of the SC/ST (P.A.) Act is concerned, whatever allegation to that extent happens to be that was while the informant was at her darbaza and on account thereof, as there happens to be complete absence that

That being so, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below with a prayer for regular bail, which the learned court below will consider in the background of aforesaid finding.
