JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard Mr. Amresh Kumar Singh for the petitioners, the counsel(s) for the Chancellor as well as the J.P. University (for short 'the University').

The petitioner are the private respondents of CWJC No. 3428 of 2010 and have filed the present application for initiating a contempt proceeding for non-compliance of the order dated 12.11.2013 (Annexure-1) passed therein. Actually, the petitioners are aggrieved by the action taken by the University against them in respect of their appointment as principals. This is fresh cause of action which the petitioners, if so advised, may assail in appropriate forum/ Court in accordance with law. This Court, on a consideration of the submissions of the parties, does not find any violation/breach of the order dated 12.11.2013. Granting the said liberty the present Contempt application is dismissed/dropped.
