It is hoped and expected that the Treasury will expedite the matter and amount will accrue to the petitioner. If there is any discrepancy in the calculation so made and the authorization for payment, petitioner surely has liberty to raise the same before the concerned authority and the District Education Officer has an obligation to rectify the same.
