This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 14.12.2021, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 31957 of 2021, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of regular bail subject to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, West, Muzaffarpur. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the description of the learned Court below has wrongly been typed in the prayer portion of Criminal Misc. No. 31957 of 2021 as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, West, Muzaffarpur"; whereas the correct description of the learned Court below is "2nd Additional Sessions Judge -cum-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71283 of 2021(2) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 Special Judge, Madhepura".

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the order, dated 14.12.2021, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 31957 of 2021 be read as the petitioner has been granted bail to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Madhepura.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
