The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 registered under Sections 409, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Indradeo Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12133 of 2017. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
