The only allegation against the petitioner is that he went to the house of the deceased and took from his house and subsequently, FIR named accused committed murder of the deceased. Petitioner happens to be neighbour of the deceased and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case no. 608/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
