The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saraiya P.S. Case No.524 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant (father of the deceased) made allegation that the petitioner (husband of the deceased) killed the daughter of the informant by burning her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living in Delhi to earn his livelihood. The deceased accidentally got burn injury and died but it appears from the order of learned Sessions Judge that not only the informant but other persons also disclosed that it was petitioner who set his wife ablaze. Consequently, the daughter of the informant got

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57782 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 more than 80% burn injury and she succumbed to the injury. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
