The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though he applied for grant of arms license under the provisions of the Arms Act 1959 and the rules framed thereunder as back as on 25.1.2012 and which has also been duly recommended but no final order has been passed by licensing authority i.e. the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, the respondent no. 2 herein. Taking note of the grievance raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of the arms license and pass final orders in
