The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 342, 494, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of torture and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded.
