The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 27 litres of illicit Nepali Soufi wine from the joint possession of the petitioner and one other co-accused person from a bag being carried by them.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and he is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018.
