JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 20.11.2021, passed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 27 of 2020-21, by filing appropriate appeals. Liberty so sought is granted.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21292 of 2021(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeals are filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Appellate Authority on merit, without being impeded by issue of limitation, expeditiously.
