2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Garkha P.S.Case No. 808 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 74 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the assailant of the deceased is one Nitesh Rai. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

4. The petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 10.07.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra, Saran/ concerned court below in Garkha P.S.Case No. 808 of 2024.
