Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance that his honorarium has not been paid as was admissible to him, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner, would give liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Director, Secondary Education, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and if any amount is actually found admissible and payable, an order to this effect should be passed by him to
Patna High Court CWJC No.7138 of 2015 dt.18-09-2015 2/2 ensure that the payment to the petitioner is made within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If on the other hand, the Director, Secondary Education, finds that the petitioner is not entitled for such payment as claimed by him, reasons thereof shall be recorded by him and the same should also be communicated to the petitioner in the aforementioned period of three months.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
