The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/494 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband. Marriage was solemnized 17 years back. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of

With further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Courtbelow shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bailbonds of the petitioners in this case.
