2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2023 in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 16/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/353/506/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have been cutting wood from the prohibited forest area. They have also assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner was not caught on the spot and nothing incriminating has been recovered form the possession of

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 16/2021.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Gobardhana police station on every 1st Sunday of the month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
