Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already been paid all other retirement benefits except Gratuity, this Court would direct the competent authority of the company to also make payment of Gratuity within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or at least on that date on which anyone junior to the petitioner, on the basis of his date of retirement, would be paid such amount of Gratuity.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
