Petitioner is accused in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 registered under Sections 452, 461, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons was trying to commit theft in the shop of the informant. After raising alarm by one Md. Kalim, he managed to escape from the place of occurrence. Thereafter, two persons who were caught by the villagers, disclosed the name of this petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S.
