JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 01 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the husband of the petitioner and her son of taking Rs.8,30,000/- and later on, Rs. 4,72,500/- and further it has come that when the informant demanded the said amount, she was abused by the petitioner. There is allegation of demand of 30% as Rangdari. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation of transaction of money is with the husband and son of the petitioner, they have been granted regular bail. So far this petitioner is concerned, allegation of abuse and demand of rangdari is ornamental in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 01 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition to co-operate in the investigation.
