Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of giving dabia blow to injured against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Pothia P.S.
