The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mokama P.S. Case No. 225/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 27981/2016.

Mr. Vikramdeo Singh learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier the viscera was preserved and the report has been received, thereafter, other accused persons Bijo Yadav @ Bichho Yadav and Ballam Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 48985/2016 and Cr. Misc. 42796/2016 respectively. The case of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26124 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 the petitioner stands on the same footing, but I find no fresh ground to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
